FAQ

How many Blow Dries are included in my membership?

As many as you would like! That's as long as you keep paying your membership that is.

Who will my Blow Dry be with?

Our wonderful junior stylist Shauna will be seeing all membership clients.

Are there any set days I can have my Blow Dry?

Membership appointments are available on all the days we are open, Tuesday through to Saturday.

Does my Blow Dry Membership include any Blow Dries I would need when having my hair coloured?

Yes, if are paying for a monthly membership, any blow dry that you would need for your general maintenance is included in your membership. You will not have to pay any more.

If I feel I am not getting the most of my membership, can I cancel?

Of course you can, we just ask you give us 30 days notice to cancel your membership and at least 24 hours notice when it comes to cancelling your booked Blow Dry.

What are the chances of getting the appointments on the days I'd like them?

Although we will attempt to prioritise your appointments, we do advise booking in advance to secure the days and times you prefer, as it is subject to availability. You are always welcome to rearrange appointments if needed, as long as you do within our cancellation period.

Payment hasn't been taken out of my account

You have a 7 day cooling off period before your first payment is taken out of your account, just to make sure you're happy with everything. But don't let this put you off booking your appointments in ready for when your membership officially starts.

Terms & Conditions

Membership Description

Under the terms of this Agreement, The Sanctuary at Holloways agrees to provide the agreed service within a Membership to the Client as per agreed terms.

Services within a Membership are only valid Tuesday to Saturday and hair services are to be booked with our Junior Stylist. Although we will attempt to prioritise Member's appointments, appointments are subject to availability. Advanced booking is recommended.

A Client may receive as many treatments as she/he desires within a paid month of membership (subject to availability). However, some Cryo21 services have to be carried out with a set amount of days in between, this will be discussed at the time of consultation.

For Cryo21, for maximum results as per manufacturer guidelines, it is advised that 6 or more treatments are carried out over a set amount of time. The advised duration and time schedule will be discussed at your consultation. Client’s access to the full Course is made conditional on the continued monthly Membership payment over the acquired duration.

No Refunds

If a client is not able to attend a booked service or they withdraw from their Membership, no refunds will be offered. No refunds will be given if desired results are not met.

Failed Payments

In the event Client fails to make any payments for the Membership by the due dates already agreed, The Sanctuary at Holloways has the right to immediately cease the Membership, until payment due has been paid in full. In addition, should payment fail to be completed within 10 days of the due date, Client agrees and understands that Client is responsible for and will be charged any collection fees or charges and/or reasonable legal fees incurred in connection with the cost of collecting such fees and payments.

Disclaimer

Membership is not transferable and cannot be used by friends or family if Client is unable to make an appointment.

If Client is unable to make an appointment, our cancellation period of 24 hours still applies. If an appointment is not cancelled within the cancellation period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of a standard Blow Dry.

Client is aware of all Pre and Post care advice that was given at the time of consultation, they agree to adhere to this advice to assure the best possible results. The Sanctuary at Holloways will not be held responsible if desired results are not acquired.

Termination

Should Client wish to terminate this Agreement, Client is to notify The Sanctuary at Holloways by sending an email to info@thesanctuarysuckley.co.uk, giving 30 days written notice. In the event that Client is in arrears of payment or otherwise in default of any of the terms of this Agreement, or chooses to voluntarily terminate this Agreement, all payments due hereunder for the Membership shall be immediately due and payable. The Sanctuary at Holloways shall be allowed to immediately collect all such sums from Client and, at The Sanctuary at Holloways discretion, immediately terminate Client’s access to the Membership. In addition, The Sanctuary at Holloways may, at any time and without cause, terminate this Agreement, at which time any payment for services rendered by The Sanctuary at Holloways to Client shall immediately become due and payable.
